In the program we will arm you with

We will then do te sting to evaluate your body composition to determine the ratio of muscle to fat in your body. Not enough lean muscle can accelerate the aging process even if you are not overweight.
We will then educate you on how to eat a healthy balance diet. We will educate you on nutrition, meal replacements and provide you with simple, tasty recipes that teach you "what to eat, how much and how often."
We will enhance your diet with nutritional supplementation recommendations that will boost energy and maintain your mind.
We will provide you with an exercise regimen and strength training specific to the individual to improve your stamina, range of motion and coordination.
We will provide you with the tools for managing stress and a means of tracking your overall progress.
The program begins with a full hour consultation that evaluates and designs a program that is specific to your health and life circumstances. This visit will include testing of your body composition as well. A structured program and your own personal notebook will allow for better compliance and understanding. Follow up visits are then made as determined by your provider and first line therapy counselor. All educational and nutritional information is provided on a one on one basis with your provider to further enhance the relationship and maximize the ultimate success with the program.
